About this position
As a Talent Scout at BreakCast, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new talent, building relationships, and helping discover individuals with strong potential. You will work closely with the team to support the selection process and contribute to expanding our network of emerging actors. This role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to recognize talent, with a focus on connecting the right individuals to the right opportunities within the industry.

• Proven experience in talent scouting, casting, sales, or people-facing roles with a strong ability to identify potential.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging and building relationships with new people.
• Proactive mindset, reliability, and a strong work ethic when managing outreach, follow-ups, and deadlines.
